Moroney Family Residential Stairwell Project

To create a grand entrance moment for a residential project in Glencoe, MO, Gravois Planing Mill partnered with acclaimed local interior design studio Anne Marie Studio to furnish extensive trim for a main foyer and stairwell.

Description

‍Flexible “FlexTrim” material was used to accommodate the curvature of the stairwell wall, allowing the Gravois Planing Mill team to fit chair rail and panel moulding to a rounded surface. The resulting moulding, finished in a tonal colorway to blend seamlessly with the existing details throughout the rest of the foyer, lends gravitas to the entryway and brings a refined, old world feel to this late 90s home.
